Memory and Dementia Support

Dementia Action Teesside
Making a positive difference to people and families affected by dementia. Dementia Action Teesside is deeply committed to supporting individuals living with dementia and their families to live fulfilling lives. You can find information and useful resources for services as well as the support available in your community.

Dementia Diagnosis and Support
A community base for people living with dementia, and their carers. The hub is a place to meet up, take part in activities and events, and chat to people from various support organisations for help and advice. Information is available at the hub for anyone pre- and post-dementia diagnosis.

Opening times: Monday to Thursday, 8:30am to 4:30pm, and Friday, 8:30am to 4pm.

A comprehensive service for people diagnosed with Dementia, their Carers, professionals supporting clients with dementia and anyone wanting to learn more.

The Dementia Advisory Outreach Service is provided by Teesside Mind and gives advice, support, information and wellbeing support to people with dementia and those close to them, such as friends and family, in Redcar and Cleveland.

The Sensory Support Service offers advice and support to Middlesbrough residents who are D/deaf or have hearing loss, are blind or partially sighted, or have dual sensory loss.
